Group Lands Two of 2013’s Most Expensive Home Sales

The Washington Post recently spotlighted the 10 most expensive home sales of 2013. The McFadden Group appeared twice in the top 10. "People feel more confident in the value of real estate," said Dana Landry, principal broker of Washington Fine Properties, whose firm represented eight homes on the top 10 list. "That’s the big shift. . . . Every time we sell another house, it builds confidence for the next person to buy a house. Buyers don’t want to be foolish. But if they feel that other people are doing it, then it builds confidence. I would say there’s an extreme confidence in the Washington, D.C., market."    View Washington Post Article >>
